Satisfaction guarantee and Refund Policy

We guarantee your full satisfaction or we promise to refund your money minus $75 administration fee. This refund policy will not be effective if:

1. You have already approved your logo design.
2. If you have made more than 2 logo design changes after you receive your first set of samples.
3. If your project was closed for reasons unrelated to our logo design .
4. If we do not hear from you for more than 90 calendar days.

Legal and Trademark policy

LogoSparks assigns all the rights for logo design to the client upon successful completion of the order and design process. The client is free to trademark the design created by LogoSparks.
